RETURNS
Any customer that receives products that are damaged or defective will have the choice to either receive a full refund of their order, or have new product re-shipped. Any products that are reported lost, will receive these options once a “Lost Package” claim is started with the shipping company.
If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase they can request a refund up to 30 calendar days after receiving the package. .
